SaiSuke更新到1.03

一些小修订。
除了图标的修改，其他修改我都没有什么特别的感觉，
毕竟这个软件界面阅读界面相对较多且有新意，我只是把它当做一个自带日历的补充，没有太多的使用更多的功能。
旧图标有个问题是显示一个31号在那里让人很容易误解为当天为31号。
改成新图标之后比较好。

升级情况：
1、图标重新设计了。
2、增加了一个与Google Calendar交换信息时的选项。（没有找到在哪里） 3、月模式显示的格式修改了。（没有看出来。眼拙）
后面两个修正也没有什么感觉。
